NRA CET 2020

 A National Recruitment Agency (NRA) is a proposal agency by the Narendra Modi Government for the CET. The Main aim of NRA to replace the preliminary exams of group Band Group C posts conducted by three government agencies (i.e. SSC,RRB, IBPS). The NRA will conduct a Common Eligibility Test (CET) exam for all the government non gazetted posts. The NRA is going to monitor all activities of the CET.

Common Eligibility Test (CET) key points:

1. It is a Single Computer based preliminary exam for all the government posts.
2. The CET will be conducted in 12 different languages.
3. The CET will be conducted in their (candidate’s ) district.
   3.The CET score will be valid for 3 Years.
4. There is no limit on number of attempts.
5. It will save the Time and Money, Candidates need not prepare for different exams.

NRA Important Points:

1. The National Recruitment Agency (NRA) will be conducted a single Computer-based Common Eligibility Test (CET) for preliminary exam for all the three various agencies, i.e. Institute of Banking and Personnel Selection (IBPS), Staff Selection Commission (SSC), Railway Recruitment Board (RRB).
2. The NRA will be selected candidates by their CET score for the different posts.
3. The CET will be conducted twice (2 times) a year.
4. The NRA will be autonomous body (Nodal Agency) to conduct CET.
5. The CET score will be valid for 3 years.
6. The CET score will be shared with all the central government recruiting agencies.
7. Single Application and a one time fee payment for different government posts.
8. NRA will be taken the maximum score from multiple attempts from a candidate.
9. The NRA will be given chance to candidates to select Centre for exam. There will a one or more than one exam center in a district.
10. There will be a separate CET for graduates (Degree), 12th (Higher Secondary) pass, 10th candidates.
